Sarah and Erin
We’re Sarah and Erin — two sisters who believe that high-quality work and a well-supported life should go hand in hand. We founded Lilac Practice Management because we’ve seen how much heart therapists put into their work, and how easy it is for the behind-the-scenes demands to quietly take over. We understand the desire to offer exceptional care and have time for your own life, relationships, and creative energy.

Lilac grew from our own desire for growth — to take the strong organizational and operational skills we’d honed over the years and apply them in a way that felt more meaningful, more connected, and more creative. We wanted our work to contribute to something good in the world, and to allow us to build lasting, collaborative relationships — something that can be rare in traditional administrative roles.

With a deep respect for the therapeutic space, we created Lilac to be the kind of support we’d want ourselves: clear, reliable, human, and rooted in purpose.
